I used to be vice president of the student council and giving instruction and making decision quick is all part of the job. Ever since I came to poly, I decide to stay away from all this political stuff and try to remain low profile...

But there isn't a choice now. In group work, I allow others to take charge and hope that everything will turn out well. I wanted to try to support whoever giving the order. But sometime, they might make wrong decision and focus on wrong things. I do not mean to be rude or give attitude, I just try remind them again and again.

However, some people will just never get it. I was thought to be uncooperative and oh man, they will never look nice on my peer assignment. But heck that, I had to turn things around. We had only 9? 8 days? left. My design skills might not be the best but I know how to make things happen. I had ideas that will surpass other group, its hard to implement things if the group, needs a few days to approve an idea = /

Time management now is crucial. We can't afford to lose any more time... that's why I decided to tell them what to do. If everything goes well and everyone is cooperative, I am sure we still can be the best DEFA group that present. Don't forget... you got the best person for the job. When did I fail to amaze? Lol....
