In episode 3, Sylar became Noah new partner. One of us, one of them. That's the rule and how they work to capture super-powered criminal. The Haitian has the power of 'peace' while Sylar has the 'force' with him. I doubt Noah will be used to having him as a partner. Will Sylar permantly turned to the 'good' side? I think we will just have to catch the future episode.
